Cluster management services for members

HEGAN's strategy is reflected in the HEGAN Strategic Plan (2025-2028), deploying the Dashboard generated after cross-referencing the Strategic Atlas with the factors per Strategic Challenge and the capabilities and resources of the Association itself that will result in the achievement of the objectives for the period: To have a capable, value-generating and global Industry that responds to the demands of the clients; to have an advanced R&D&I Network that provides comprehensive support to the Industry; and to have an Administration that is aware of and committed to the Sector.

By cross-referencing the identified Global and Sectoral ELEMENTALS (SDGs, ESG, COMPETITIVENESS, and SUSTAINABILITY) with the identified CLUSTER ELEMENTALS (Working on People, Supply Chain, Innovation, Market, Advocacy, etc.), five Strategic Challenges have been determined:

  1. Strengthen the Value Chain.

  2. Revitalise Innovation

  3. Protect People

  4. Support Internationalization

  5. Increase Influence

For each of these Strategic Challenges, Cluster Lines of Action and the Tasks and Projects in collaboration for their Deployment are determined.
