The working group coordination designs the strategies for EACP’s further development. Decisions and guidelines that shape the organizational body of EACP are formulated here to improve the exchange between EACP partners.

- Utilization of EACP projects and their results to broaden our knowledge base
- Fostering collaboration within EACP to generate sustainable and competitive European value chains
- Supporting the design of future European, national and sub-national support programs in line with the needs of the industry
- Development of strategic collaboration with other European stakeholders
- Support the internal strengthening of the EACP organization to provide professional and effective support and benefit to its members
