- Academic Mobility: Trainees and trainers exchange all around the academic specialized institutions for Aerospace
- Integrate Academia with Industry
- Promote Summer and Curricular Internships between students and companies of different countries in EACP
- Align Master degree and PHD thesis with R&D as well as industry needs
- Disseminate the Aerospace professions around students with specific programmes and best-practices exchanges
- Promote Human Capital best-practices in SME’s
- Define Skills issues as key factors to develop and integrate technological and product developments, fostering the importance of good skills policies for SME entrepreneurs
- Align and integrate skills R&D programmes with technological and other research initiatives, promoting future-proof skills through coordinated technological strategies
- Support the development of an integrated model that combines product and skills analysis
