  • Promote Summer and Curricular Internships between students and companies of different countries in EACP
  • Align Master degree and PHD thesis with R&D as well as industry needs
  • Disseminate the Aerospace professions around students with specific programmes and best-practices exchanges
  • Promote Human Capital best-practices in SME’s
  • Define Skills issues as key factors to develop and integrate technological and product developments, fostering the importance of good skills policies for SME entrepreneurs
  • Align and integrate skills R&D programmes with technological and other research initiatives, promoting future-proof skills through coordinated technological strategies
  • Support the development of an integrated model that combines product and skills analysis
