Official Founding of the European Aerospace Cluster Partnership (EACP)
In the frame of the EU project CLUNET, Hamburg has initiated the European Aerospace Cluster Partnership (EACP). This network of European aerospace clusters aims at providing a platform for mutual exchange and the implementation of trans-national cooperation projects.
The EACP is established through a Letter of Intent which will be signed by 24 founding members from 11 European countries.
At the initiation event on May 06, 2009 at the Hamburg Airport, there will be speeches by renowned experts in the fields of aerospace industry and cluster policy, as well as working group sessions in which first projects ideas will be developed to address the challenges faced by the European aerospace clusters.
